Qualifications:

Case Manager

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle the nuts and bolts of filing.
  • Scheduling and arranging for service of process.

  • Answer basic questions from the clients or pass on legal questions to a firm attorney.
  • Assist in the collection of evidence.
  • Medical records and bills collection and organization.

Associate Attorney

Parker Law, LLC is seeking an Attorney to join its growing team.  Parker Law, LLC has offices in Columbia, South Carolina and Chapin, South Carolina.  The firm serves clients across South Carolina in the areas of probate litigation, estate administration, estate planning, and civil litigation matters.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and qualities: strong organization skills, work well with a team, be detail-oriented, excel with written communication, and the ability to execute without being micro-managed.  All applicants should be a member of the South Carolina Bar (or expecting to be a member within six (6) months of applying) and have satisfied the Rule 403 requirements.  Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
