The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and work from our Columbia, SC office. Applicants

must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar Association.

We’re looking for an Associate who:

• can handle all aspects of defending workers’ compensation claims for clients,

including insurance companies, risk managers, employer representatives, third-party

administrators and self-insured employers.

• is proficient in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, appeals,

mediations, subrogation, and settlement.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Ability to manage caseload effectively
